Freshly mixed black bean sauce with minced pork. Wine and stock to simmer and make saucy!
Chili spice, fermented black bean, sesame oil, white pepper, ginger, szechuan peppers, garlic Orange zest and Orange juice.. (replaces the black/ red vinegar element.)
Won ton filling = prawns, pork, water chestnuts, Brown mushrooms (forgot to hydrate shiitakes), sesame oil and sash of wine.
Noodles, wontons, topped with tender silken tofu blended with chili and black bean sauce. Make your own fusion!
