Good morning green drink. This concoction has a juice base of kale, cucumber, ginger, sweet potato, celery, and lime.

Then I add all the essential ingredients for the shake including flax oil and chia seeds.
Last night we had wild rice with celery and chestnuts and roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus. Perfect fall flavors.

Now what am I going to eat for lunch? Arghh.
