Cleansing – A week of chicken & fish


Inspired by pozole, I made a coconut-water based achiote paste & dried espazote stew with wild rice and poached chicken.


Tomatillos are in season, so I made a chipotle salsa for my salmon.  I was craving something creamy so I made lentil hummus!


Thai spiced Chicken and zucchini tom kha gai.  We made some brown rice and it was a nice hearty meal.


Poached chicken and avocado seaweed wrap.  Kale and tomato salad!
