Salads are commonplace at our house, but cleansing time means even more variety of greens go in our salads: blanched haricot verts, micro cilantro greens, lemon juice macerated radishes, arugula, dandelion greens, endive, you name it!
Last night I made a batch of lentils that got overcooked. I ended up turning it into a nice lentil hummus using garlic, lemon juice, smoked and spicy paprika, virgin olive oil, and yummy sea salt. I put so much garlic in it, someone at work actually said I was like a floating garlic bulb around the office. Haha! Too bad for them because I love the stuff!
