Little yuzus pack a tasty punch! Watch those seeds!!
I prepared my iron pot like I would sukiyaki, but with less liquid.
Baked for 20 minutes at 450deg with a tight fitting lid. Used cooking sake, a dash of soy, yuzu, salt and pepper and grapeseed oil.
Served a bit of miso soup on the side..
Tossed some enoki in there.
Easy and delicious.. not to mention nutritious! 😉
