Grilled Salmon leftover with avocado, lime and a dash of grapeseed oil blended together made a lovely mousse-patê! Celery slices went well with this! For some zing, I used a few dashes of my cayenne pepper sauce. If I could eat bread, I would make a really nice salmon mousse sandwich with capers and chopped onions! Mmm. 😉

The stock is chicken, so this is not vegetarian at all. Lotus seeds, tomato and pineapple meld for a very satisfying soup! Adding a few slices of jalepeño while cooking makes the soup a little spicy.
