I actually made a shake for lunch but had to throw it away because the ginger was so strong it made me gag! There was a new person making the veggie juices so I blame him. I should have taken a sip before mixing all the shake ingredients.
I ate leftover chicken with broth and rice, but made it sort of Mexican by adding some chilies, tomato and avocado! 😉 Totally warm and yummy.
I spent 5 hours researching hotels in Borneo for X-Mas & New Years. I have to take a break because I’m just so tired from planning. 😀
