My throat was feeling sore so I kept drinking tea like there was no tomorrow! Also started taking Cal-Mag blend before sleep to dose up on vitamin C.
Broccoli soup, chicken & yam hash with vine ripened peppers. Super mellow, not spicy, but sweet! Threw in some wild rice for color.
Barely a moment to notice the amazing clouds above!
