Made kimchi while prepping dinner. It’s not totally vegan this time. At the last minute, I decided to use bonito flakes along with konbu to enhance the kimchi paste.

Making spicy fried rice with grilled beef and prosciutto wrapped swordfish. Can you tell I’m going on a cleanse? I keep eating a mish mash of all my favorite things!
