One of my favorite sauce recipes from Nobu West is a spicy shiso ponzu shown in the ingredients here. I also made a miso-mirin sauce as a base.


I love buying packaged live-sprouts! Snip a few here and there anytime and it doesn’t wilt quickly.

I bought sashimi grade tuna last night so we seared it this evening and grilled a lot of veggies! My husband did a gray job with the cooking time on the fish. Each bite was melt in your mouth wonderful!
