I had a bit of raw sashimi grade fish but it’s been over 2 days, so I will need to cook the fish. I have yellowtail, tuna and cooked octopus.
I also have about a cup of dry farmed tomato consommé left. It is sweet and delicious and I need to use it immediately.
So, I decided to make a ceviche with lime juice, consommé, Thai chilies and the seafood. I chopped a few onions and added them before serving.
It was a refreshing, but spicy lunch 😉
