Twice baked potatoes: Russet potatoes, Lowfat plain yogurt, salt and fresh chives.
Steak Marinade: Anchovies and garlic mashed into a paste, a little olive oil, Worcester Sauce and black pepper.
Caesar salad: green leaf lettuce, grated Parmesan, anchovy, garlic, worcester sauce, lemon juice, coddled egg, pinch of Dijon mustard, individually painted leaves..
As you see, I used similar ingredients in both the dressing and marinade. Extra stuff grilled on the ‘cue: DFT’s and padron peppers!
