If I had French rolls, I would’ve made this into a banh mi sandwich..
Pickled daikon and carrots (soaked in salt for 5 minutes, then rinsed) in agave nectar, white vinegar and water.

Sliced cucumber, jalepeños, cilantro and steak. Mixed steak with lime juice and Thai chilies, served all in purple endive leaves.
