Fresh peaches, banana, coconut water and SP complete w/ whole food fiber. Added flaxseed and hempseed oil.

Then as I was 3/4 way done.. I thought, hmmm this has the consistency of filmjölk, a Swedish diary product similar in texture to a thin yogurt or buttermilk, but is usually consumed at breakfast with muesli.

So, I decided to change it up a bit and poured 1/4 cup of oil-free granola into my glass and ate it with a spoon!
