I don’t like taking vitamins in pill form, but recently I’ve been trying Ionic Fizz before sleepy time. It helps my muscles relax and boosts me with much needed vitamins and minerals. Used in combination, many vitamins are more easily absorbed into the body, like Calcium and Magnesium, for example.
