Wow. 15 days already?! It seems like nothing. Today’s shake was a little lazy. Mostly because I was preparing food for later today.
I really wanted soup this morning, so I drank some chicken broth with chicken and mustard greens. I had the green garden shake, some anti-allergy herbs pills, Claritin, a probiotic and the SP Green food pills.
I made a “parfait” for later. The layers go like this (from bottom to top): 1/3 cup cooked brown rice, 1/4 cup eggplant (from last night), 1/4 cup kimchi and 1 boiled duck egg.
Lucky hubby gets this! Bowl of tomato-prawns, eggplant with chicken and basil, topped with kimchi.
