my ingredients: Cup of Garden Greens pure juice made last night and refrigerated, chia seeds, fiber and shake mix. Opted out of any fruits because I was afraid the pungent greens would mix badly with sweet fruit. The veggie only concoction tasted pretty decent.

I made kimchi last night at almost midnight. That means that it’s nicely fermenting this morning. Cut two sections as a gift to my chiropractor. She loves the stuff!
